- Mr. Stripes dreams about the vacation spot he’s about to go to. Little does he know Mr. Reptile was coughing all over, spreading his virus!
- *cough**cough*
- Mr. Caterpillar wakes up after a long nap and his throat starts to hurt. He looks questoiningly at the reptile.
- I think a virus snuck into my throat when I was sleeping! I’m gonna go cry about it now.
- Mr. Caterpillar had landed on the moon instead of the beach. Worst vacation ever. Now he was sick and stuck on the moon. The infectious agent had been inhaled through his nose while he was sleeping. The agent found its way into Mr. Caterpillars cell.
- The virus started to multiply throughout his cells and he started to feel symptoms like fever and a sore throat.
- Mr. Caterpillar’s body has given him a fever to kill the infectious agents that have multiplied in his cells. His sore throat has resulted from his good bacteria trying to destroy all of the infected cells.
- “My throat is getting super scratchy. I think my fever has gotten higher. It must have been that silly Mr. Reptile’s coughs that infected me.”
- After a few days on his crazy weird vacation, his cells started reproducing again after destroying all of the infected cells. He is back to his natural health and has left over antigens to boost his immunity.
