- My name is Anton Van Leeuwenhoek. I looked at some pond and barrel water with a simple microscope and found single cell organisms. Now we call them Animalcules.

- My name is Robert Hooke. I am a English scientist. When I looked at at cork with a compound microscope, I noticed that they had cells like the ones monks live in. This is why we have the turm, "They Cell".
- 200 Years Later
- Over the next 200 years, technology improves and so does the types of microscopes. The magnification improves too.

- My name is Matthias Schleiden. I am a German botanist. Using a compound microscope, I discovered that all plants are made of similar cells. They also had similar size, shape, and color. (Green)
