- The Adventure of the Stone Age
- Hi, I am Neolithic Nora
- Hi, Im Paleolithic Piper
- The food supply during the Paleolithic Age was unstable. They had to hunt and gather food which was dangerous and the food would run out. Therefore, they had to move from place to place to get the food they needed.
- Us Neolithic people don't have to hunt and gather anymore. Now, we have learned to domesticate animals and raise them. We have cows for meat and goats for milk. We also use mules to pull plows on our farm.
- Back in Paleolithic times, their jobs were hunting and gathering. This was the most important task to complete in order for them to have food. Hunting and gathering were also dangerous for them because they had to fight with the animals and they could also get very hurt.
- My job duirng the Neolithic times was weaving, basket making, toolmaking, and trading for items we needed. We also domesticated animals.

- Paleolithic people had small bands of 20-60 people. They separated because they moved around for hunting and gathering and didn't stick together.
- We formed larger and larger communities by staying in one place and sticking together as one group. We didn't separate from eachother.
- These changes were important because they were able to make their life safer and better. They could finally settle down and make larger communities. During the Paleolithic time, people had to move around because plants and animals would run out which caused people to stay in small groups.
- During the Neolithic time, people traveled from place to place to get the things they needed. Some of the things traded were obsidian, flint, beauty products, and other recourses around them.
- Today, people trade curnecy to get things they need. Instead of traveling all around, people fly and ship their goods.
- Having new jobs helped people get what they need and make their life more beautiful. The development of new jobs inspired the workers to improve their skills. This led to a new way of doing things. Different jobs added much more variety to community life.
- We are glad you came on this adventure with us.
- This was an important change because they got things done faster, used their time wisely, and had more time to do other activities.
- People do not need to work or move as much to get goods. We now trade currency and goods for items.
