- Once Mr.White met with his friends and started to chat . one of them wished to visit India. From this topic the monkey paw topic was opened and Mr.White was so curios about it.
- He asked whats the story of the monkey paw and they explained that it is a paw that you can make a wish by it. Mr.White liked it so much. Sargent - Major also said that changing in fate will have punishment but Mr.White didn't care.
- Sargent - Major see the paw as an evil thing that bring bad things to the person. He throw the paw to the fire and Mr.White was shocked when he saw that.
- He took the paw from the fire to use it at this time Sargent - Major warned him but he didn't care again.
- He wanted to use the paw but he had every thing so he made a wish of 200 pounds for the house loan.
- After some days the door knocked and a man entered and said that the son was died and here is 200 pounds for compensation.
