- OUCH!!! YOU'RE SHAMPOOING MY HEAD TOO HARD, IT FEELS LIKE YOU ARE SCALPING ME
- You need to do something about this employee, he was shampooing my head so hard it started to bleed. I'm never coming back again/
- I apologize for your poor experience at Hennrietta's Hair Salon. I promise I will address your complaint to my employee
- A new customer enters Hennrietta's Hair Salon
- I got a complaint from a customer that Willas was shampooing her hair so hard that it was bleeding
- Oh great! How hard is it to shampoo hair. I'll go yell at him
- The new customer plans on getting a shampoo and haircut done by Willas Von, an unexperienced hairdresser. He ends up shampooing her hair too aggressively and the client starts crying.
- I've gotten complaints about how you shampoo hair. It's really not that hard to do, imagine being such a loser that you can't even wash hair right. Why can't you be like Sarah
- The client complains to the first line manager, Mark Murry, about the terrible experience she had with Willas.
- LET ME PUT YOU THROUGH THE PAIN YOU PUT HER THROUGH. THIS IS HOW YOUR WERE SHAMPOOING HER HAIR. DOESN'T IT HURT?
- Mark informs the top manager, Sarah Emerald, about the complaints about Willas' aggressive shampooing. Sarah decides to take matters into her own hands.
- Sarah shows bad management skills by comparing her employees to each other and putting Willas down by calling him a loser for not doing the job right. Sarah does not offer to show Willas how to properly shampoo hair and criticizes him insead.
- Sarah does something horrible, she shows Willas how he was aggressively shampooing hair and makes Willas start crying from the pain.
