- In the beginning Andy did not like school and called himself gray. All he cared about was his baseball cards. He lost his mom when he was a little boy. His dad did not talk about Andy's Mom. He loved his little sister Winks but do not like his step brother Jason.
- This is what happened when he went on his school field trip and touched the mummy. He was feeling all these different feelings. The ka left the mummy and went in Andy 's paper mummy that he made.
- At the end of the book, Andy's Dad said that he was going to talk more about Andy's Mom. Also, He said that it was hard for him to talk about Andy's mom and to take it one step at a time. Andy 's mom was an artist that is why he likes panting so much. After the talk they started painting Winks swings like a rainbow.
