- Okay Lennie, just hide in the bush till George comes for me.
- Oh shoot!
- After Lennie cried and pushed Curley's wife around to stop screaming he places her down on the hay. Lennie then realizes he killed Curley's wife.
- i guess we have to get him.
- Lennie runs away remembering george told him to hide in the brush if anything happens.
- No
- You aint gonna leave me, are ya?
- . Candy is looking for Lennie to discuss about the ranch they are hoping to buy and when he walks in the room, he sees Curley's wife dead.
- Sure right now.
- Le's do it now. le's get that place now.
- Candy then calls everyone into the room. Candy called everybody to the room where everyone saw Curley's wife dead body. Now Curley is furious and is going to lynch Lennie for what he did to his wife.
- George finds Lennie by the brush drinking water from the revine. Lennie was trying to explain to George what happened in the barn.
- George is talking to Lennie about the rabbits Lennie was dreaming about tending, as George is hesitant to shoot Lennie after they finish talking George pulls the trigger and shoot Lennie.
