Daniel and the lions
Storyboard Text
- King Darius adored Daniel so much that he thought of making him the ruler over the whole kingdom! But the other leaders were jealous and teamed up to try and get rid of Daniel.
- They had made a plan to get rid of Daniel and it was successful.
- New Law!
- They tricked the king into signing a new law that declares that you are not allowed to praise anyone other then him because the leaders new that Daniel would always praise the lord.
- Once the other leaders saw him they immediately went and told the king.
- The new law meant nothing to Daniel and kept on praising God 3 times a day.
- The king had no other choice but to punish Daniel and throw him into the lions den. The king did not want to punish Daniel and had tried to find a way to not punish him but he couldn't find any other way.
- The king didn't get any sleep that night and in the morning he went to check on Daniel. He called out to Daniel. He didn't expect an answer but to his surprise Daniel answered him. The king was joyful that he was still alive.
- The king had ordered for Daniel to be taken out of the lion's den and had thrown the leaders that had tricked him and the lion's consumed them.
