- By 1923 the nazi party had 55,000 members.they had a big army storm troopers.
- all hail hitler
- revolution
- Hitler plotted with 2 national politicians Ritter von kahr and Otto von lossow to take over Munich in a revolution.Hitler collected the SA and told them to be ready to rebel but then on the 4th October 1923 kahr and lossow called off the rebellion.
- On the night of the 8th November 1923 Hitler and 600 SA troops busted in to meeting that kahr and lossow were holding. waving a gun at them and forcing them to agree rebel
- On November 9th 1923 Hitler and the SA went into Munich on what they thought would be a successful march to take power
- However kahr had called the police and army forces.there was a small fight leaving 16 Nazis dead
- we need the army and police in Munich
- But Hitler fled and was found and arrested 2 days later
