- People happily planting in the garden. Sunny and warm afternoon
- I'm hungry!
- I'm busy in the garden right now
- irritation flows out of her. Mum gives in and drops what she's doing
- But MUM! I'm hungry now!
- They walk to the shop together
- In the shop
- you are getting your fruit and veg :-)
- They pay and leave
- As they walk home mum deteriorates rapidly
- teenage girl upset with her mum and getting impatient waiting to go to the shop
- As she carries her as fast as she can back to the house, her mum fades away in her arms
- Ok honey, I will stop what I'm doing and come with you, lets go.
- struggles up the stairs with her.. her mum looks so withered
- There is a short walk to the shop with nothing remarkable on the way
- there are trees now where the people from the garden were digging earlier
- The girl wants unhealthy food and candy, but her mum convinces her calmly to stock up on healthy foods and fills their basket with everything good for the body
- her words seem to trigger a transformation which begins inside her mum
- As they leave the shop her mum feels unwell and drops the basket spilling the ingredients. She falls to her knees. The daughter supports her and starts walking her home
- We zoom in and see inside the mother. The words have triggered a transformation
- Passers by notice them but do not offer to help. They stop and stare. Daughter has to carry her mum who is now very fragile and ill, in her arms
- mum opens her eyes and smiles. Life comes back into her face and body
- They pass kids in a playing field. One of the boys stops and looks concerned. She carries her mum up the steps to the house. It looks visibly tiring.
- She moves quickly with her to the back garden
- The girl gently lays her mum down on the grass and looks at her. She seems to die. The daughter whispers 'I love you' and begins to cry while holding her.
- We zoom in to see inside the mums heart to her chest
- small plants begin to grow inside her from her heart, turning into trees... it is beautiful to see life inside her.
- They embrace and then make their way to the end of the garden where her mum was digging earlier. Mum gets into position in the garden and stands holding her daughter
- Her daughter embraces her tightly with closed eyes as she begins to grow and develop into a beautiful oak tree
- the daughter cries and holds on as the mothers voice whispers in the air through the tree
- The daughter is still holding onto her while she has become a tree
- 'you can always find me in the garden' The daughter takes it in and seems at peace.
