- black death The black death was an outbreak of the bubonic plauge that srtruck Europe in 1347
- The rats carried fleas that were infected with the black death
- unfortunately for us, we were oblivious to the spreading of the disease until people started to drop dead in the streets.
- It first came to Europe when rats hopped aboard ships that sailed from the black sea.
- By 1348, the plague struck Paris, Bordeaux, Lyon and London
- The black death spread trough the air as well as bits from rats. Because of that the Plague spread quickly
- Many people tried to flee for the country side. However, the plague already spread to livestock..
- This effected the econmoy terribly
- Because this disease affected sheep, many sheep died. This lead to wool shortage.
- The plague had finally finished its deadly course by 1350
- From the start to the finish, the black death killed one third of Europes poplation
