- After taking x-rays of your body we discovered you fractured your leg
- We will have to take you into surgery and will transfer you into a cast after
- This surgery will realign your bones, and will be fixed with metal wires. We can discus further treatment plans after the procedure.

- Hello, I was your surgeon for the procedure and I wanted to let you know everything went really good.
- The recovery time after a fracture like this is generally 4 to 6 months followed by rehab.
