- Meet Kylo, he is currently talking to his grandmother at their family cookout.
- School Topics
- Kylo and his grandmother are having an interesting discussion about the different economies around the world. With the war between Ukraine and Russia going on, they were talking about command economy within Russia. Command economy is where resources are owned and controlled by the government.
- Market Economy
- While Kylo was talking to his grandma, his cousin James was asking their grandfather about his past experiences in Hawaii. Hawaii is a good example of a traditional economy. A traditional economy is when things are produced the same way they alwasy have been.
- Saying Goodbye
- Kylo meets up with James and they start talking about school. James tells Kylo that he is learning about different economies in his business class. Kylo brings up mixed economy because the USA is one. A mixed economy is when the government has some control of the resources and the people have the rest of the control.
- Kylo told his grandpa that he was learning about the market economy in school, and his grandpa said that England had a market economy. A market economy is where resources are controlled by the people.
- Kylo says goodbye to his grandparents and cousin as they leave.
