- The government made these apartheid laws that segregated each race. Blacks weren't aloud to buy certain things or work certain places.
- Revolution
- Non whites had many restrictions because of the apartheid. It was made illegal for nonwhites to work or even live at certain places, places were segregated by race, they couldn't vote. Even marrying the other race was illegal.
- Recovery
- OKKK IM SORRY
- I will stop buying south african goods if you stop this horrible apartheid!
- "South Africans of all races protested against ap apartheid." The ANC organized marches, strikes, and they were fighting against white domination.
- At this PEACEFUL protest 69 people were shot and killed and 180 were wounded. The government soon after banned the ANC. Multiple leaders of ANC were put into jail for LIFE for "conspiracy. He was put into jail for 25 years to life.
- The US and the UK wanted the apartheid to stop so they boycotted and refused to buy south african goods. This hurt south africa so they set mandela free and the apartheid laws were gone.
