Storyboard Text

  • Pelayo and Elisenda find an angel in their courtyard. The townspeople thought the angel came for the child.
  • He must have been coming for the child, but the poor fellow is so old that the rain knocked him down.
  • *incomprehensibledialect*
  • Their sick child no longer has a fever in the morning, and begins eating food.
  • He doesn't have a fever anymore
  • wait really?
  • They cage the angel in the chicken coop, while disregarding that their son is no longer ill upon the angel's arrival.
  • Father will be coming soon
  • We should keep him here until Father Gonzaga arrives
  • He does not comprehend god's language therefore he is not an angel!!!!!!!!
  • Father Gonzaga tells Elisenda and Pelayo that the old man isn't an angel because of his inability to understand Latin, god's Language.
  • What should we do with him?
  • I have something in mind.
  • All of the townsfolk wanted to see the Old Man, so the couple began charging entry fees to anyone who wanted to see him. The people gawk and throw trash at Old Man daily. Then eventually, the couple earned lots of money, while the man gets very sick.
  • It's $3 for entry.

  • Entry fee to see a man with very enormouswings
  • The Old Man loses his wings and becomes a burden on the couple. Eventually, his wings grow back, and when he is finally healthy enough to fly, he flies away. Elisenda is happy that he won't be a burden in her life anymore.
