- Good morning everybody! Today, we will be talking about empires!!!
- Empires are usually a large group of territory and people evntually forming into one. They tend to be ruled by an emperor. Today, we will talk about a story that originated from the Qin Dynasty of the Great Wall of China, which is also an empire
- Sir, when will be released back home? We have family!

- The working conditions of the Great Wall of China were horrible. Any peasant larger than 4 feet were forced into labor. Many died due to injuries, starvation, and fatigue.
- Don't worry, we'll make it out
- This is largely due to emperor Qin Shi Huang's rule. His orders were strict, and his expectations were high.
- Eventually, both workers died from the strenuous labor. An estimate of 70,000-400,000 workers, died from working on the Great Wall of China. There were little to no space for them to be buried, so they were left in the open or dug open trenches. This is largely due to the inefficient rule of empires.
