- Be Wary of the Unknown Lands

- After being chased by the Cicones off of their land, they arrived at the land of the Lotus Eaters. They gave fruits to the men that explored there and had to be dragged out.
- Book Ten
- The sea was filled with fog, not letting the men see where they were going.
- The Effect of Odysseus' Curse?
- After Odysseus and 12 of his men were trapped inside the Cyclops' cave, they had to come up with a plan to escape. They stabbed the Cyclops with a sharpened piece of wood and went under sheep to escape the cyclops' hand.

- Aeolus gives them a big bag of wind but at sea, Odysseus feel asleep and his men got the bag and opened it, getting blowed away.
- Then they got sent back to Aeolia but Aeolus refused to help. Rowing away, they make it to a cannibal's island and lost men.
- At Circe's island, men turn into pigs, so Hermes helps Odysseus and after threatening Circe, the crew stayed there for a year.
