- In late 2019, people were living their everyday normal lives and had no clue that Covid-19 was on its way to change their lives.
- CDC DECLARES PANDEMIC
- The outbreak of Covid-19
- "The best way to prevent getting Covid-19 is to wear a mask above your nose and mouth everywhere and to social distance 6 feet."
- Covid-19 (SARS-CoV-2) is a coronavirus that came from China and affects human's respiratory system. This virus is new, but do not worry we have dealt with a coronavirus before, so we are already ahead on the works for a vaccine.

- Hospitals began to fill up with many sick patients who went on ventilators to be able to breath. Unfortunately, many were not able to survive.
- "Doctor? Are there any beds left?"
- Symptoms:-fever/chills-cough-shortness of breath/difficulty breathing-fatigue-body aches-headache-loss of taste or smell-runny nose-nausea or vomiting-diarrhea
- "Mom, what does quarantine mean?"
- Covid-19 is getting out of hand and to stop it we need everyone to quarantine. Everything is closed!
- It means that we need to stay in the house as much as possible and limit our contact with other people. No school!
- Three brands of vaccines came out and the U.S. was of short supply, so the immunal comprimised and elders were the first wave to get vaccinated. Different waves of who was elgible to get vaccinated kept coming out, and at the end of 2021, everyone who wanted to be vaccinated was able to.
- However, there are people who are anti the Covid-19 vaccination and are at an increased risk to getting infected in comparison to those who are vaccinated.
- "Great job, in 6 months I recommend you get the Covid-19 booster to renew your vaccination."

- "We are witnessing new variants of the coronavirus and the newest variant is more contagious than the previous. We need to all make sure that we are doing our part in attempt to escape this pandemic."
- "Although many of us are vaccinated, it doesn't mean that we cannot get the virus, so we still need to be following the CDC's guidelines."
