- Which supports an idea where industrialized countries (Sweden) (wealthy lifeboat) would take on the role of rescuers of those less developed countries that experience d problems concerning hunger, war and death. Instead of allowing poor countries to flounder, assistance can be given to prevent deaths from hunger.
- *Yawn*Our purpose is strongly related to the "Lifeboat ethical view".
- For example, low or no-interest loans from international lending agencies can help less developed countries to build up their agriculture and infrastructure and as a result improve their quality of life.
