- Hey Mark. I was just looking at Sarah's application and it looked great! However, I took a look at her social media accounts and they were not good.
- That's not good! She was one of our top choices. What did her accounts look like?
- Unfortunately we found lots of cyber bullying! She made many bad choices online. She has sent some pretty nasty messages and comments.
- Due to this, we have decided to no longer consider her for the position.
- .... And with that I'm sorry to tell you that we took a look at your social media and didn't like what we saw, therefore, we decided to pursue other candidates
- I do feel really bad that we weren't able to choose her, but we couldn't risk a situation like that happening here in our office.
- I know and this would've been such a great opportunity for her. It's sad that mistakes from so long ago can affect her so much now.
- Remember be safe and think about your future when posting something online!
- And that kids is why it is so important not to bully anyone even online. I lost such a large opportunity from a past mistake and I don't want you making the same mistakes I did.
