- Hey fellow ssslither! Being green in an environment like this makesss it ssso much easier to ctach our prey.
- Being orange in an environment like thisss is very difficult because my prey can easily sssee me before I go to attack.
- Oh no! The earthquake has now ssseperated us apart my friend. 
- Looksss like we need to adapt to our new environment 
- Geographic Isolation is when a population is separated by geographic barriers such as rivers, mountains, or bodies of water.
- I think we will need to adapt to our new dry and hot environment. Being orange is probably the best trait to have in this environment as it helps us blend in better.
- I don't think we will need to change color because the environment here is ssstill dark and green. Being green is still the best trait in this environment
- There are two species of snakes live in the same environment. However there are more green snakes compared to the orange snakes because it is the better trait to have in the forest. 
- The snakes are then physically separated by a river due to an earthquake separating the land. This causes both of the new snake populations to adapt and grow to the new environment.

- The snakes discuss what trait would be best for them to survive and reproduce in the new environment.
- Since the orange snake has the better trait for the new environment, the orange snake is able to reproduce more than the green snake. So as a result, the new population will have more orange snakes than green snakes.
