- MOOOORE PLEASE!
- HAHAHAHAHA!!

- Take that, you beast!
- YAAAY!! We can be free now!
- AAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH!!!!!
- My name is Odysseus and I am the man that blinded you!
- AAAAAAAHHHHH! You will rue the day you blinded the son of Zeus!
- Odysseus came up with a plan to escape from Polyphemus. He was going to get Polyphemus drunk with their wine. Polyphemus thought that the wine was very delicious, he couldn't stop drinking it! He kept asking for more. Odysseus and his men did what Polyphemus asked and gave him more and more wine. They gave him so much wine that in the middle of talking, Polyphemus fell right asleep.
- After getting Polyphemus drunk and asleep, they continued with Odysseus' plan. The next step: blind Polyphemus. To do this, Odysseus put a large piece of wood in a fire and got it nice and hot. As it was about to catch fire, Odysseus and his comrades took the wood and shoved it into Polyphemus' eye, twisting it around to make sure Polyphemus couldn't see anymore.
- After blinding Polyphemus, Odysseus and his comrades fled the cave. They left with the sheep when Polyphemus let them out in the morning. Once Polyphemus found out that the men had escaped, he was furious. Odysseus told Polyphemus his real name as they left on their ship saying he, Odysseus, son of Laertes, had blinded the son of Zeus.
