- Marissa is now offline
- You better not forget that we need a kilo of corn, for our barn party tomorrow night.
- Don't get your knickers in a twist, Marissa I'm not you i don't have goldfish memory. I'm heading to the vegetable aisle now.
- In the Supermarket
- Hey i was just tryna figure out where the corn is? If you could help me that'd be great.
- Yup sure no problem, our brand new GMO corn is right this way.
- In the Corn Aisle
- I'm sorry ma'am say that again?!
- Our brand new genetically modified corn, you know the one that was created with a few relatively simple genetic tweaks. Ya know our corn has been altered to express one or more proteins from certain bacteria making it poisonous to certain pests
- Tessa Mohamidi's helping her sister Marissa get ready for a gathering, after looking for the corn and not finding it she decides to ask a clerk for information on its whereabouts.
- Corn GMO Advantages
- Tessa asks a nearby worker and gets a response that downright shocks her.
- Corn GMO Disadvantages
- ...it's only really negative concern is its potential to trigger allergies and can cross-pollinate with nearby crops, making organic farming difficult.
- The worker tells Tessa that the corn is Genetically Modified.
- Sunday Morning (10:30 AM )
- ONLY, YOU PATHETIC EXCUSE FOR HUMANITY, ONLY! I'M CALLING MY LAWYER, THIS WHOLE ESTABLISHMENT IS ARTIFICIAL HOW DARE YOU DEFILE THE NAME OF CORN IN SUCH A WAY, YOUR GONNA BE BANKRUPT IN ABOUT 30 MINUTES SO I HOPE YOU'VE GOT ANOTHER JOB IN LINE.
- Tessa gets more and more shocked with each revelation.
- This crop, is helluva good because it offers a significant advantage to farmers because it eliminates the need to spray crops with pesticides, in turn helping the environment, as for the negatives, well...
- And when the workers done... she EXPLODES!
- And so after that shopping trip, the whole supermarket was shut down, the worker as it turns out didn't have another job, so she ended up jobless and in a year homeless, whilst Tessa on the other hand started a campaign against GMO's and Marissa made a gathering without corn, and choose to use steaks instead.
- WAIT NO! Please don't do this GMO's aren't bad don't sue this company, im gonna be broke!
