Storyboard Text
- Katie sees the expirience with the dog as something scary. Lynn sees this as having to save her sister from potentially getting badly hurt. this scenario shows that Katie is still a child and gets scared pretty easily. this proves that Katies innocence is still there and hasn't experienced much yet.
- This action preformed by Katie again shows her childish ways. Katie acted on a whim and didn't think about what could happen to the dog. while Lynn looked at Katies action from a different angle, debating what could happen to the dog if it ate the glass. Katies desicion was based off of quick thinking and saving her sister.
- Katie holds on to her stuffed animal and gets very upset when she cant find it. The toy obviously holds a lot of meaning in Katies mind. her mother on the other hand doesn't really see the importance of the stuffed animal. Katie gets very upset when her mother suggests leaving without the stuffed animal.
- Katie is still very upset that she cant find her stuffed animal and is crying. in an attempt to cheer her up her uncle teaches Katie and Lynn how to spit. Katie again displaying her kid like behavior responses well to this distraction. again displaying her childish actions she gets upset when she cant spit like her uncle.
- When Katie and Lynn were laying in the field Lynn made a very literate, deep comment. Katie still being a young child doesn't make very many comments like that. Lynn is very smart and a lot more advanced academically than Katie. Katie still being young has enough Time to advance academically.
- In this situation Katie did not expect to experience the behavior from the hotel clerk that she did. She did not yet realize that replying the way that she did could have gotten her into a lot of trouble. Her father on the other hand recognized the situation. Katie still being a child simply didn't realize she would have experienced that disgusting behavior.
