  • The Battle Of Bunker Hill took place outside Boston on June 17, 1775. The British won the Battle but the Patriots proved that it would be a long war.

  • The Battel of New York otherwise known as the Battle of Long Island took place on Long Island with the British firing on the Patriots. The Battel Started on August 27, The British won and took control of New York.
  • Valley Forge
  • It's so cold!
  • The Battle of Trenton took place on December 26, in Trenton, New Jersey. The Colonists won the battle of Trenton, it was a moral booster for them.
  • Yorktown
  • The Battle of Saratoga started on September 19. The colonists won the Battel. The significance of this battel is that the French came to aid the colonists.
  • The battle of Valley Forge wasn't a actual battle. It was a very cold winter in which the colonist had to fight the cold, and starvation. During the winter the colonists took the time to train and get familiar with all the weapons.
  • The Battle of Yorktown stated September 28, 1781. This was the final battle of the war, the colonists won. The significance is that America is now an independent from Britain.
