- It's a class B fire that started from grease on the pan that one of the chefs was using. We'll have to bring a carbon dioxide extinguisher with us this time.

- ZACK WENT OUT OF THE KITCHEN AND TALKED TO OTHER CUSTOMER TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY IN THE EMERGENCY EXIT WITHOUT PANICKING.
- Thankfully the fire fighters carried out the correct first aid procedures and used cool water on your burn. So all we have to do is wrap it in a sterile bandage, give you some pain meds and send you on your way.

- We were able to look at the restaurant and could tell your ionization detector is out of date and the most likely reason the fire spread was because of the build up of grease on the hood

- AFTER THEY ASSISTED THE OTHER CUSTOMER TO GO OUT THE RESTAURANT, THE FIREFIGHTER CAME TO PUT OUT THE FIRE.
- FIREFIGHTERS RESCUED EVERYONE WHO WAS LEFT IN THE RESTAURANT AND BROUGHT THEM TO THE HOSPITAL TO GIVE THEM FIRST AID.
- THE FIRE HAS BEEN EXTINGUISHED AND EVERYONE IS SAFE.
- Now I have to go and fill out an OSHA 300A form. *Sigh* What a long day it has been.
