- Give me 2 different examples for US imperialism

- ok fine. Imperialism basically means one country trying to take over another country. In shorter terms, it means world bully
- An example of imperialsim would be when Russia invaded Ukraine.
- woah that's intense. What are some more examples?
- Well another example would be the Spanish American War. When the United States attempted gaining control of Cuba, Puerto Rico, Guam, the Phillipines
- Dude, that's really intense. What are the reasons for these?
- Another reason is cause of Competition. For instance like competition between Europe countries or Theodore's desire to be a world power.
- one reason for this is because some countries want to acquire other countries natural resources. For instance, oil, and timber.
- you know now that I'm thinking about it. I have been acting like an imperalist towards you. I'll try to work on that.
