  • Hello, my name is Keith Chapman-Saunders and I am the Learning and Development Advisor at the Gallery.
  • We have created a new and innovative approach to learning and development for the Gallery, enabling you and your line manager to agree how and when your learning requirements can be met.
  • This video will show you our plan for your continuing development so that you are able to fully support the Gallery’s strategic objectives, our organisational values and your personal career goals.The Plan outlines 4 themes for learning and development across at all levels and these themes are........................

  • Each theme will will run for one month,a little like our 'Picture of the Month' programme and the themes will then be rotated in turn throughout the year enabling everyone to meet their learning and development requirements in line with the annual review process.This will result in greater development opportunities for everyone at the Gallery.
  • For additional information and guidance, take a look at the learning and development site on Sharepoint where you will find all you need to know about each course and which particular months will focus upon each of the 4 themes outlined earlier in this video.Remember that this is your learning and development plan. If you have any requirements that are not included in the plan you simply need to consult with me directly to see how we can accommodate those requirements as we move through the year.
