- Oh yea.. Hi Sheloo! Come, Let's go to my cabin.
- Good Afternoon Doctor!I'm Sheloo from NIC Company. We had a meeting today.
- The receptionist handles the appointments and scheduling. First she records all the appointments and then arranges it according to my schedule after discussing it with me.
- So tell me about management system. How do you handle the appointments and scheduling?
- We accept payments through Cash, Card and Google pay. And there are two receptionist, so other one handles payments.
- Okay... And how about payments
- We have files of each patient. And once the treatments are done ,We store these files in the store room.
- How the Patients' Medical reports and history is maintained?
- Yes. Its a difficult job to maintain all the records, since some of them get lost sometimes.
- Do you find any difficulties in maintaining the payments and patients'records ?
