- Hey Vuvu, I want to know if you did get all your salary?
- I am really not oky Siya, my salary is cut, I am not sure with others, but i think it will be wise if we here from them
- Hi Siya, I am also shoked i do not know what is going, i also did not get my full salary as i used to, i really dont know what is going on.
- Thank you so very much Sive it is clear that we are experiencing the same problem, we then need to confront Spar management and we really need answers because this is really unfair
- Mornin Mr Zozo, i visited your office because we as Spar employees not happy about the salaries that we just got, becouse that is not our agreements in our contracts. and everyone is angry they want to know
- ohh you are here about that... ohk Siya as you know that Spar is loosing a lot of money due to certain circumstances, we then as Spar management dicided to cut all salaries of Spar employees for the next 18 moths.
- Spar vemployee Siya asked if Vuvu did got her full salary, This if after Siya noticed that he did not recive his full salary, but it come out that they are both experiencing the same problem.
- But Mr zozo you are well awear that a salary is a contractual right, reducing it without our consent, is a break of contract. I will then act the role and the rights of the trsde union organiser, to make sure that Spar management fix this problem.

- Siya and Vuvu started to ask around to other Spar workers if they experience the same problem or not.
- Vuvu i really ntried to speak to one of the Spar managers Mr Zozo and I am really not happy about his response on this matter, we are know going to shutdown Spar, you need to call others
- ohk Siya if is that the case i will do that way
- Siya visited his superio to find out about te matter
- we really wont stop untill we all get what we want and everthing must be done accordingly, it is then my duty to bargain for batter treatment and fairness and improve the condition of employment in Spar
- Siya is really not happy with his superio answer, he then decided to act the role of the Trade union organiser.
- After Siya spoke to his SUPERIO he was really not happy about the response, he then anded up Shutdownning Spar.
- Spar workers says that it is illegal in terms of section 34 of the basic condition of employment Act for an employer to make deduction from the employees salary withoutconcent
