- The owner Jackie and Manager Jake has a meeting to have a price and supply analysis session.
- Chris finishes creating the Market Supply Schedule and Market Supply Curve.
- Jackie notices the supply increases as well as the price. This is known as the Law of Supply. She also gathers that they are not making much profit.
- Some customers complain of the high prices.
- Jackie and Jack began to discuss what is the best way to decrease prices, so there is less supply and more profit.
- The new supply curve showing the shift.
- They decided to increase the quantity supplied at a lower price.
- Customers are a lot more happy with these prices. The demand began to increase and so did profit.
- Consumers were very satisfied with the product that they bought and the price at which they received them. The sellers are excited because business is booming and the total revenue is at an all time high.
