  • Lets hope Mr Neels will listen to us now.
  • Chris: Thank you Candice, that is good idea. We should form a union, then we can meet up with the trade union organizer.
  • Mr Dante: Not a problem Miss, no need to apologize, helping workers is my everyday job.
  • Candice: Good day Mr Dante, Thank you for coming over in such a short notice. We apologize for the inconvience.

  • As workers started to follow the procedure of finding a trade union, they formed a union at the work place in order for them to be heard and recognize by their employers.
  • Mr Neel sir, May I have a word, in your office.

  • After the workers decided to form a union at the workplace, Candice contacted the trade union organizers office. Mr Dante arrived shortly after.
  • Sir I am a trade union organiser Mr Dante. I hear your workers claim that you have treated them unfairly by not paying them their basic salary.
  • When Mr Dante arrived at the workplace the workers were protesting and angry. They wanted Mr Neels to explain what was happening. And at the time, Mr Dante thought he should try and speak with Mr Neels to give the employees the explanation they deserve.
  • he must come out and tell us what is happening, he cannot just shut us down like we some nobody, we work really hard for for our family.
  • We will not work until we recieve our money. the only we want is our money.
  • He is testing us, we will close down this factory or we will demolish everything. Mr Neels must come and talk to us.!!
  • While Mr Dante was heading to the Managers office to find out how he can solve the matter, luckily he met up with Mr Neels on the stairs while he was heading out.
  • The trade union organiser had a meeting with Mr Neels and one of the employees Josh. The work of a trade union organiser is to help workers find their solution to the problem. An employee has the right to complain to the trade union organisers to anything concerning failure to comply with the BCEA or the National minimum wage Act of 2018.
  • Mr Neels, this matter did not have to escalate this far. We want you to tell us why did we not get our salaries.
  • Meanwhile the workers are protesting for answers, they are shouting out loud that Mr Neels must come out before it gets bad.
