Storyboard Text
- When the miller and his family were already asleep John and Alan where complaining about all their misfortune. He thaught that their misfortune gave him the right to rape the miller's daughter.
- Once upon time there was a happy miller family. Simkin, the father, was a habitual thief of grain and flower. His wife was proud and opright. They had a twenty=year ol daughter and a baby.
- Hi, we are John and Alan. We are student clericks. We would like to see how our wheat is being milled.
- The miller had the feeling that the clerks were coming to catch him stealing. So he made a plan.
- I'll untie their horse. That will teach them a lesson.
- When they realized their horse was gone, John and Alan ran after it. Meanwhile Simkin stole half of their flour to bake a cake.
- We're so tired. It took us all day to find our horse.
- It's getting late. You can stay here, but we only have one bedroom.
- John thought he would look like a fool if he didn't do something himself. He switched places in the crib and waited for the miller's wife to go to the bathroom. When she came back she felt where the crib was and lay down in that bed.
- When morning came, Alan wanted to go back to his own bed, but also ended up in the wrong bed because of the cradle. That of the miller! They got into a fight. The wife thought it were the two clericks and hit one on the head with a stick. That was her husband!
