  • After disagreeing to read Artemidorus' letter, Caesar walks back in only to have Metellus come beg him to unbanish his brother, Publius.

  • While Trebonius lures Antony away from Caesar, Brutus and Cassius also join Metellus and ask Caesar to unbanish Publius. They even kneel and beg, but Caesar disagrees.

  • Make haste Antony, and cometh with me.

  • As Caesar is about to walk away, Casca stabs him; the rest of the conspirators follow suit.

  • Brutus, Cassius and the rest of the men leave as they've clearly lost to Antony's argument. The tension settles in; the most powerful and influential man in Rome was no more. Gone forever.

  • As everyone rejoices over Caesar's death, Antony and Tribonius return, and Antony is horrified to see Caesar dead.
