- Ok now lets get into what endothermic reactions are... endothermic reactions are when energy is being absorbed, like when your food is cold so you warm it up in the microwave. That is called a catalyst.

- Now an exothermic reaction is when energy is being released like when you turn on your heater and it starts to get hot that is also a catalyst, but the real catalyst is turning the heat up.
