- This has been an ongoing problem that we have not been able to fix.
- The students say they are so nervous about hurting a patient that they are afraid to touch them.
- I would like to start up a simulation lab to help the students can practice procedures in the lab before taking care of actual patients.
- We can use online games to help them learn medication administration and we can also invest in an automated mannequin so that they can practice their skills.
- That is a great idea. studies show that using online simulation significantly increases clinical reasoning skills and self-confidence.
- It will be especially beneficial for the students to introduce them to skills in a safe environment that is set up to represent an actual care setting
