-  Harriett Tubman, people know as Moses and is trying to free the slaves. She made sure that everyone would be safe when arriving at the Plantation.
- "Keep going or die"
- There was 11 people in a party so that Harriett could bring them all the way to Canada,
- we made it to St. Catherines
- St. Catharines
- Tubman told stories of people who helped slaves, like Thomas Garret to help inspire and encourage other slaves to keep going on the path to freedom. They finally made it to a german man’s house who helped them on their journey.
- Tubman would tell the slaves stories about people who would help, however, one of the slaves wanted to return to the plantation. Tubman pulled out a weapon on the slave and threatened him to “keep going or die”
- Tubman had times where she would fall asleep Due to her being exhausted, but the slaves had faith in her and would stick by her until she would awake. They eventually made it to St. Catharines.
-  It was difficult living in Canada for Harriet Tubman but she liked it because she felt free.She made a home there, and still went back to the plantation in Maryland twice a year to help save escape.
