- hello, today I am your guide and I will take you on an adventure of the 7 steps of reconciliation.
- we will get strait into these steps
- in the first step we need to ask permission to apologise. How we can do that is pretty simple but it always is necessary. For example when you have offended someone you do not want to jump to conclusions and always assume because this will always make it worse and turn it into an argument.
- Now you have asked to apologise, you can now let them know you have hurt them. You will need to be honest with your response and it will make it easier for both of you. When you are doing this you will want to avoid the word "if" because this implies that you have hurt them and they have hurt you. You do not want to skip steps because it gets confusing.
- With this third step it can really help the situation out. It helps out because you are now properly communicating that you want to maker things better and right. When this step comes up it will really define your apology.
- Step four is probably the biggest step because you need to let the other person to accept the apology, otherwise it is a weak excuse.
