Storyboard Text
- In the year 2000 the second Palestinian intifada began and lasted until 2005. More than 5,000 Palestinian's were killed and around 1,400 Israeli's were killed.
- An Intifada is a violent protest. This was caused by the tension that was building up after the first Intifada back in 1987
- People would be shot and killed at these protest's. Stores and people would be robbed and explosives would be set off in the street's causing panic.
- "Get away from me"
- The result of the second Palestinian intifada was destruction in many places, death, and since then poverty has become much more common.
- The intifada's impact's were felt by almost everyone in the middle east. They are still trying to rebuild cities and town's but with other conflict's that happen it is nearly impossible to do so.
- The Israelis invaded Gaza and displaced 50,000 people from their homes.
- MY HOME IS RUINED
- Lots of people were killed including police officers and officials.
