In order to maintain self-care, I always drink plenty of water so I stay hydrated every time.

My younger brother's way of taking care of himself is to take on walk every afternoon with our dog 'Chumpy'.
For my parents, my dad loves to dance like crazy and my mom loves to meditate. This keeps them from worrying about our needs and, again, maintain the self-care mind-set.
And that is how we maintain the self-care mindset everyday. You should try it, too! It really helps us keep away from all the worries in life.
