- "That's for you Royal!" (Hunter, 1)
- Would Laura be angry?
- Car 'tires hushed on the rain swept streets.' (Hunter, 1)

- 'He could hear the faint sound of music...' (Hunter, 1)
- Laura...
- 'He heard footsteps at the other end of the alley...' (Hunter, 2)
- "You like a drink?" (Hunter 2)
- 'Andy shook his head.' (Hunter 2)
- Andy was stabbed, he was dying. Andy knew he was because he was a ROYAL: as the culprit running away exclaimed that this (^) was meant for him. Andy bled in the pouring rain hoping someone would come as his thoughts also wondered about other things.
- "I'm sorry."' (Hunter 5)
- "Freddie, lets get out of here! Please!" (Hunter 5)
- As Andy lay in the rain listening to the sounds around him, he thought about Laura. 'He wondered if Laura would be angry.' (Hunter, 1). Andy thought about their future. When they would be married and have kids. He tried taking his mind off of the present moment.
- I'm Andy. (Hunter 7)
- A drunk man came along and asked if Andy had fallen down. The man even suggested that he call the cops, but his mind thought that Andy was drunk and did not want to be 'caught' drunk in an alley. Off he went.
- "A Royal, huh?" (Hunter, 7)

- "His name is Andy." (Hunter, 7)
- Next came Freddie and Angela. They didn't notice Andy until he made a little grunt and Freddie saw him. He realized that Andy was a Royal and Angela said she wanted to go home, so both of them left Andy there. They didn't want any trouble with the Guardians.
- Andy felt really disturbed by the thought that people saw him as the value of the ROYAL jacket. He thought the last thing he should was take of that identity that killed him. The last thing Andy did before he died was taking off the jacket. He wanted to be known as Andy.
- Laura had found Andy in the alley, but it was too late. Andy had lost a lot of blood, she ran to inform a cop. When the cop came, he inspected the scene and picked up the bright purple jacket. The cop noted A Royal, in the his notes not listening to Laura's reply.
