- Distraction's don't just come in the form of cell phones, they can include things such asloud music, eating while driving, applying makeup or doing your hair, the weather or passengers.
- The Three Types of Distractions Visual Distractions- anything that causes you to remove your eyes from the road, a passenger, billboards, etc...Manual Distractions- anything that causes you to remove your hands from the wheel, your cell phone, eating, the radio dial, etc...Cognitive Distractions- anything that causes your mind to be in a different place like daydreaming, phone conversations even if hands free, arguments or singing along to music.
