- Good morning Class! I hope some of you review our lesson for today. To begin our lesson, have you heard about the word physical activity?
- Physical activity includes exercise as well as other activities which involve bodily movement

- Impressive! Now I want you to form 2 groups to make a video about the importance of physical activity to us. I'll wait until tomorrow afternoon to watch your videos.
- Okay guys, Let's plan our video immediately. I don't want to fail in this. I will be the one who'll edit the video.
- I agree with Ana, that's a great idea!
- What if we first show the presentation about the meaning and importance of physical activity in our body and in the conclusion we'll record ourselves doing physical activities. What do you think?
