- In the first part they are trying to charge her of something they already charged her for and they had made it a speedy trial. In the second one it is showing a public trial. Both of these are parts of the 5th and 6th amendment you can not be charged twice about the same thing in this case and you can ask for a speedy trial and public trial.

- The parts of the 5th amendment that this represents is you can say I plead 5th and that says that this could incriminate me . The parts of the 6th amendment is knowing the charges and to have assistance of counsel.
- The first one is for confronting the accuser. The second one is for detail. The third one is for Unbiased jury. and the fourth is for calling witness in your defence.
