Sam then decides to call his parents to ask them what to do. Guess What? They're halfway around the world enjoying their vacation. It's night time for them and they wont pick up their phone.

His parents groggily answer the phone and as he is about to anxiously ask them for guidance, the police arrive with their sirens wailing and dogs barking not allowing him to hear his parents response.
Can you hear me?
WEE-OW WEE-OW
I can't hear you son. ARE YOU OKAY?
Sams dad ends up having to yell to deliver his message
ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS GRAB YOUR INSURANCE AND SHOW THE OFIICER!THEN THE OFFICER WILL HANDLE EVERYTHING FROM THERE
Sam finally gets his dad's message and the situation is took care of
