Transpiration is when water vapor is released through the leaves on plants.
Precipitation
Water can be collected in glaciers for up to 10,000 years.
Run off
when little molecules of water come together and condense they become clouds.
Evaporation
When the droplets of water in the clouds get too heavy they begin to fall back to the ground. They can drop as a solid (snow, hail), or as a liquid (rain).
After it precipitates
When the sun shines on a body of water the surface water gets hot and begins turning into a gas and floating up towards the sun.
