- Lennie wants to touch everything he likes and wants to feel how it feels. So, Lennie reaches out to feel a girl’s red dress and the girl freaks out. The girl then accused Lennie of rape by the court of law.
- Main Event #4
- Everyone on the ranch, specifically Slim, has a negative view of Candy’s dog due to the bad body odor from the dog. They want Candy’s dog to be killed because the dog smells horrible, however, Candy loves her dog too much to let him be killed.
- Main Event #5
- Both Curley and Curley’s wife are looking for one another, however, in the meanwhile, Curley’s wife is flirting with many guys she meets on the ranch and is known as "the eye". Curley’s wife flirts with other guys because she does not receive the attention from Curley that she would like to.
- Main Event #6
- George and Lennie are trying to move out of the ranch (looking for a place to stay, not a place to live). Candy asked to go with George and Lennie to buy a new ranch low on price and said if she paid the rest of the ranch she can come too.
- George is now encouraging Lennie to fight Curley because before he wanted Lennie to ignore Curley to prevent any arguments. However, during the fight Lennie made Curley’s hand bleed after he went too far between the two of them.
- After Slim and George return back to the bunkhouse, Slim gives one of the puppies to Lennie. George thanks him for his kindness because Lennie can be dum but it not crazy nor mean. Slim says that George and Lennie's friendship is where nobody seems to care about anybody.
