  • It would be a bad idea to stay near a cliff, buildings and near the sea side because the earthquake can affect the size of the waves due to the ground shaking.
  • Staying and standing near a building is not the best thing to do, it's not an option. Avoid huge things such as buildings, trees, and houses (only when you're outside) It would be a good idea to stay inside your house during an earthquake.
  • Whenever you're in a car and an earthquake occurred, don't hesitate to step down and run in a safe place immediately. Don't mind the car, your life is more important.
  • Whenever you're in a mall during an earthquake, don't take the elevator. Taking an escalator is an option but taking the stairs would be the best option you could choose. When you are on the ground floor, Don't hesitate to find the exit and go into a safe place to stay.
  • When you are inside your house during an earthquake, go under your dinner table and hold it's corner to protect your head and body from any falling objects.
  • After an earthquake and some big objects are blocking your way out, call an emergency hotline. Wait patiently for the help to arrive. Don't move too much because the object that is blocking your way out might collapse. When the help has arrive, shout or make a loud noise for them to locate where you are.
