I was told this conference is for thought and knowledge sharing.
But I did not find anyone in the entire room who could teach me more about facilitation and augment my knowledge! Most of them were new to facilitation.

Hey! I recently attended the knowledge sharing conference, and to be honest..I didn't gain much value out of it. The crowd mostly consisted of new facilitators.
Is there something we can do about this? Maybe segregate facilitators based on experience or change the onboarding process?
