- Chloe is the goddess of social media and communication. She starts her day off with checking her phone to see how people are using social media and too know the trends people are creating.
- But when she checked this morning, she saw that people were not using social media the way she wanted them too. People were using it to bring others down. Social media was making people feel bad about themselves, it was distracting people from what is real and important. Although Chloe loves social media, she doesn't want it to be negative for anyone. She decided that she needs advice from someone who knows a lot about communication.
- Oh no!
- When she went to visit her mother, Iris, the goddess of rainbows and communication, they talked about Chloe's problem. They decided it would be difficult to fix, as so many people are so fixated on social media and what others are doing. They knew it would be hard to redirect everyone's focus back onto the things that are really important.
- Chloe liked this idea and she thought this was her best bet at helping people balance their social media use.
- Well, I am the goddess of messages. Maybe I could send out a mass message to remind people of the other things they should prioritize in their lives other than social media.
- ATTENTION SOCIAL MEDIA USERSThis is an important message regarding your usage of social media. It is important that there is a healthy balance when using social media. Make sure you're treating other social media users with kindness and that you're remebering what is important in your life apart from social media.
- Chloe and Iris sent out the message to everyone's devices that they use social media on.
- Chloe went home and watched as everyone began to use social media in moderation. Because of the message, people began to blance their social media usage. Social media was now a more positive place!
